Currently on leave for the academic year, Dr. Bashant is interested in modern British literature as well as music,
modern poetry, and women's literature.

Gina Hausknecht, Associate Professor of English
B.A., Oberlin College
M.A., Ph.D., University of Michigan
Dr. Hausknecht's main area of specialization is British Renaissance
Literature; she also teaches in Coe's Gender Studies Program. She has published
articles on Milton, 17th-century literature and culture, pedagogy and
technology, and girls in contemporary popular culture.
